The Bracelet is Cute – And it has Ice Cream

You may be asking what a bracelet has to do with Nooks and eReaders? The short answer is nothing, but my daughter wanted to put up a post on my website highlighting her new website, Toys for Toddlers, which features reviews of toys by her. She runs the website as part of her homeschool work to learn how to run a business. And although the site is supposed to be about toys, she has recently shifted towards picking out and covering jewelry like this ice cream bracelet. She enjoys art and often times makes bracelets that look a lot like this:

TARINA TARANTINO “Tilt-A-Whirl” Ice Cream Cuff Bracelet

Tarina Tarantino was founded in 1995 by a fashion model who had always been a designer at heart. A self-taught artist, Tarantino was busy creating and selling handmade pieces long before officially starting her jewelry company. Her passion for necklaces, bracelets, rings, and earrings originated with her idea that beautiful accessories unify the women of the world and that any woman can wear jewelry to make herself feel special.

Tarina Tarantino takes romantic Victorian elegance and brings it to the twenty-first century with contemporary colors and modern shapes. She creates without reference to fads and trends, preferring to design pieces that she herself will wear long into the future. Tarantino’s collections, full of whimsy and colorful personality, are made with unique woman in mind–woman who aren’t afraid to play and express themselves.

Don’t worry, we’ll be back to covering Nook covers and accessories by our next post. Meanwhile, thanks for listening and helping a little girl out with her business.

PS. I let her name this post (just in case you were wondering).
