CaseCrown understand returns are not the most pleasant experience so we would like to make it as simple as possible. If it doesn’t fit or if it just doesn’t meet your expectations, please return your unwanted and unused item within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Please not that an excessive amount of returns within a 12-month period will result in CaseCrown rejecting your orders. If the item has been used/damaged or the original packaging has been damaged, there will be 15% restocking fee. All refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. To return an item, please request via email(support@casecrown.com) a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and we will provide the return shipping label for your convenience. CaseCrown cannot provide the return shipping label for international orders. For used or damaged product returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping.
